She is nationally-certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (2014).

Sarah also has advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (2018), a integrative and cutting-edge approach that accesses innate human healing capacities, based upon a combination of research from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, emotion theory, affective neuroscience, somatic (body-focused) approaches, and human transformation (change) studies. Through processing difficult emotional and relational experiences in therapy, guided by a caring and engaged therapist, individuals and couples can transform painful life experiences and history, liberating themselves from old, constricted patterns of living and relating.
