Sarah provides individual therapy for adults.

She is nationally-certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (2014).

Sarah also has advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (2020, level III), an integrative and cutting-edge approach that accesses innate psychological healing capacities, and is based upon a combination of research from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, emotion theory, affective neuroscience, somatic (body-focused) approaches, and human transformation (change) studies. Through processing difficult emotional and relational experiences in therapy, an AEDP-trained therapist assists individuals in transforming painful life experiences and history, and freeing themselves from outdated, constricted patterns of living and relating to others.
